Expanding My Services: Staging, Design, and Oklahoma Concierge Solutions

As the real estate market continues to evolve, so do the needs of my clients, and I’m excited to announce a new range of additional services designed to make your move, your home sale, and even your film production experience in Oklahoma as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Professional Home Staging & Interior Design Services

For years, I’ve offered light staging to help homes shine during the selling process, think rugs, lamps, plants, and small accessories that make a big impact. Now, I’m taking staging to the next level by introducing full-service staging and interior decorating.

Why does this matter for sellers? Because staging sells homes faster and often for a higher price. A well-staged home helps potential buyers emotionally connect with the space, making it easier for them to picture themselves living there, and that emotional pull is what drives offers.

While I’ll still include light staging items in my listing packages at no additional cost, I now offer premium staging options featuring larger pieces such as beds, tables, chairs, artwork, and curated decor. These additions will transform a house into a home, creating the wow factor buyers are looking for.

Beyond real estate, I’m expanding into full-service concierge solutions for both new Oklahoma residents and film production teams. Whether you’re relocating to Oklahoma City, Edmond, or Nichols Hills, or you’re part of a movie crew shooting on location, my goal is to make your experience effortless.

From restaurant and shopping recommendations to medical resources, trusted service providers, and hidden local gems, I provide a curated list of the best places to dine, shop, and explore in Oklahoma.

For production companies, these concierge services are essential to keep cast and crew comfortable, informed, and connected during their time here. I’ve built a reliable network of vendors and services through years of personal experience—testing, trying, and only recommending businesses that meet my high standards. This means my clients get quality recommendations they can trust, saving time and reducing stress.

What makes my service unique? I don’t just recommend places from a quick Google search, I’ve either worked with these businesses, owned and operated similar services, or been a loyal customer after extensive trial and error. I know what it’s like to be in your shoes, and I’m committed to making your transition into Oklahoma, or your time on set, as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Yes, I have a long resume of past jobs ranging from nanny to tattoo artist to medical spa owner, but no regrets, right? LOL

Another reason why I believe my resources are different is because I really try and get to know and understand my client. Are we drinking tea and finding great local gyms and talking peptides or are we meeting for wine and talking cigar humidors? I feel that making connections and networking have always been my strong suit and I need to start leaning into this more by helping others feel WELCOME. One of the most important things we can feel.
